The Jack Farrelly Company Service Division worked thru out the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend installing 36" line stops on a leaking water main. While the water flow was stopped, repairs were made on the 36" cast iron water main in the City of Waterbury. With the knowledge that this water main carried 20%-30% of the water for the city, a by-pass was set up to keep an uninterrupted flow of water available to the city while repairs were made.
